Please be aware that we do everything possible to make sure the goods get to you on time. We have partnered with various third party vendors for speedier deliveries in order to speed up our procedure. However, we disclaim all liability in the event of a third party's delay.


We deliver anywhere. All shipping costs will be additional fees, which will be calculated based on the product's weight, volume, and destination nation. Inquiries will result in the sharing of shipping costs.

Since we ask for at least one trial to fit the item to your size, return shipping for any altered clothing that is delivered abroad is the responsibility of the client.


Some of the items are available for discounted pricing. We should point out that the sale clothing cannot absolutely be exchanged or returned. The advance paid for a sale item cannot be repaid or returned.


All of our courier services are handled by external logistics and dispatchers. If the logistics team experiences a delay, we are not liable for the timely delivery of the goods.


After receiving full payment, we will send the client their ordered clothing. The outfit will stay in at our store until the specified delivery date if the customer chooses to pick it up there. However, We will get in touch with the customer again to try again with the delivery if the outfit isn't delivered and is returned to us or hasn't been picked up by the customer. If we are unable to get in touch with the customer, we will keep the outfit on hand for a period of 3 months. If the client doesn't communicate or respond within this three-month time, We will lose the money paid for the outfit and it will be discarded.
