• Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

• Products that are once sold are not eligible for returns, refund or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products. 

• Our some garments are on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

• In case of any alterations in the garments shipped internationally, return shipping should be borne by the customer since we request for at least one trial to fit the garment best to your size.

• We do not offer merchandise exchanges and/or returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at care@tussah.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Thanks for choosing to shop with us. We are a growing company located in India and accommodating returns is not feasible for us at the moment. However, for every international order we personally connect with you for your measurements. This helps us ensure that we send you the best fits possible. We may be a small sustainable brand but we are determined to make you happy!
